The woodcuts are to be attributed to the Dutch Bellaert Master. They remind of ""Dochter van Syon"" by G. Leeu (printed in 1492). On the title page 'Cognitio' goes out to inquire who wounded the daughter of Syon, on the last page, Spes, Fides and Cognitio comfort the daughter of Syon, who lays in bed. Not to be confused with 'Psalmi pentientiales'. First edition of this text in the Low Countries. It is not certain that Petrarca was the real author.
