In this very interesting letter the artist explains that his work is not for 'sale' per se. ""At that time I began to feel that a financial transaction of that nature forced a focus on material aspects of the proposition in such a manner that it alters the context in which the work must function"". But he is willing to accept private grants, the collector then receives a notebook with information on a specific investigation ""unsigned however"".
