14.5 x 21 cm, 142 pp. Cover printed on clear acetate sheet, texts mostly printed on tracing paper. First edition of the iconic catalogue produced by Gerry Schum in conjunction with a broadcast on German television (April 15 1969) featuring Land Art video works. Texts by Jean Leering and Schum, mostly in German with some English. Featured artists are Long, Flanagan, Oppenheim, Smithson, Boezem, Dibbets, De Maria and Heizer. A solid copy with the fragile acetate cover intact, very rare in this condition

During all the 38 minutes of the Land Art show there is no word spoken. No explanation. I think an art object realized in regard of the medium TV does not need a spoken explanation. Gerry Schum. Ref.
