Single leaf, 194 by 125mm, with 16 lines of a good gothic bookhand, red rubrics, capitals touched in yellow, one-line initials in gold on blue and pink grounds, line-fillers in same in geometric patterns, one 2-line initial in pink enclosing blue and red foliage on gold ground, the edges of the initial sprouting foliate extensions into the margin, these edged in gold, with coloured and gold beads and leaves, small cockled area in margin next to large initial, a few small spots, overall good condition
