Two conjoined leaves, 152 by 227mm, the second ruled but left blank, the first leaf with single column of 14 lines of a late gothic bookhand, capitals touched in yellow, red rubrics, one- and 2-line initials in gold on blue and dark pink grounds, line-fillers in same with gold bezants, one large initial in blue enclosing chessboard-like tiles of red, blue and gold, all on a gold ground, both sides with a decorated border on three sides of sprays of foliage on hairline thin stems terminating in gold and coloured flowerheads, small spots and stains, else in excellent condition
